You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use PropFirmNow to verify payouts on behalf of other traders without their consent.

3. Content Removal

PropFirmNow reserves the right to remove any payout, profile, or content that we determine to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these terms — at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use PropFirmNow to:

• Submit payout certificates or emails that do not belong to you.
• Impersonate another trader or entity.
• Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the platform.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Service Provided As-Is

PropFirmNow is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any losses resulting from use of or inability to use the platform.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of PropFirmNow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of PropFirmNow shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
